JWE Homestay | House Rules & Shared Living Etiquette
🛏 The Living Arrangement
This is a private room in a shared apartment. While your room is your private sanctuary, common areas are shared. Mutual respect and high standards of cleanliness are the foundations of our community.
🤝 Respect & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Quiet Hours: No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior. Please respect the comfort of fellow guests and neighbors.
Conduct: We maintain a professional, respectful environment. There is zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
Compliance: Violations will result in immediate stay termination without refund.
🚿 Shared Space Etiquette
Cleanliness: Please clean up immediately after using the kitchen or bathrooms.
Belongings: Do not leave personal items in common areas.
Kitchen: Light cooking only. Please be mindful of odors.
Refrigerator: Each guest is allocated one specific shelf. Please label all food/drinks clearly.
👥 Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the booking with valid ID are permitted inside.
No visitors or overnight guests are allowed without prior written approval.
🔐 Safety, Security & Surveillance
Access: Always lock your room and the main apartment door when leaving.
Surveillance: For your protection, a security camera monitors the entrance and common lobby.
Records video only. No cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms.
Tampering with equipment results in immediate eviction without refund.
❄️ Utilities & Sustainability
Please turn off the AC and lights whenever you leave the room.

Guest Conduct: While we choose our guests carefully and enforce strict rules, JWE Property Management is not liable for the personal behavior, noise levels, or cleanliness habits of individual guests.
Reporting: If a fellow guest is not following the "Shared Etiquette," please notify us immediately so we can take action.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in shared areas.
