Night Skies Tenerife are looking for a new part time employee to join our office team as Tour Administrator, based in our head office in Golf Del Sur.
This role would suit someone with an admin background and good knowledge of hotels in south Tenerife. Needs to be a communicator in both English & Spanish and competent in Microsoft Excel.
Roles.
1) Producing the daily operational Tour sheet (excel)
2) Downloading the bookings schedule from our booking system
3) Organising the data based on pick up points and available transport
4) Sending messages via whattsapp and email to customers detailing their pick-up information
5) Handling customer responses and requests and ensuring that every customer has confirmed their understanding of the arrangements
6) Communicating the daily schedule to our operational staff
7) answering any booking enquiries regarding excursions and tours through our social media channels, WhatsApp’s & emails
8) Assisting with Spanish Language Communications from customers and suppliers
Pay & hours.
Tuesday – Saturday (9.00 – 13.00)
€900 AFTER taxes, 20-hour indefinido contract + Bonuses
Requirements.
1) Good Communication Skills
2) Patient and Diligent Organiser
3) Fluent English & Spanish Speaker
4) Competent in Microsoft (Excel / Word) & general good idea of how to use social media, emails & phones.
5) Good knowledge of South Tenerife and its Hotels and Resorts
6) Legal documents to work & live in Spain
