The 'Yoga and Mountain escape Retreat' with has just come to an end.

This retreat saw the participants enjoying a few days of sunshine, mountain air, movement, laughter and slowing down 🌿☀️
From yoga sessions and lakeside moments to hikes, good food and beautiful connections — this retreat at The Olive Branch was all about recharging the soul and embracing the simple things.

Last week we hosted the 'Inner transformation retreat' with Anastasia .kamala and Dmitrij.

This retreat saw guests embracing the mountain energy. Experiencing gentle morning yoga sessions, deep breathing practices and the art of
emotional release.

Other activities included Rock climbing, Numerology workshops and hiking.

Last week we hosted the wonderful 'Move, Play (re)Connect Retreat' with .moves
and . This retreat saw the guests moving well, moving often, and discovering what their bodies can do!
Other activities included horse riding, hiking and rock climbing.
Guests were able to enjoy delicious, nutritious meals made by the wonderful .creations
