Paul Ross presents Unique Club with one of the greats of international opera in an exclusive event this Friday, 31 October, where he will fuse majestic classical music in Madrid's Plaza Mayor in the caves of the Arrabal Restaurant, dating back to the 16th century.
Argentine tenor Gabriel Arce, born in San Juan (Argentina) and currently based in Madrid, Spain,
has performed as a soloist in numerous opera houses, festivals and concert halls in Austria, Spain, Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, Malta, Greece, France, Belgium, Israel and Argentina.
His operatic repertoire includes leading roles such as Faust in Faust (Gounod) and Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly with the State Opera Stara Zagora (Bulgaria); Rodolfo in La Bohème at the Grosse Aula in Salzburg and the Teatro Pavón in Madrid; Hoffmann in The Tales of Hoffmann with the Mozarteum Salzburg; Alfredo in La Traviata, Nemorino in L'elisir d'amore and Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni at Schloss Amerang, Germany; as well as Tamino in The Magic Flute and other roles on various European stages.
In the symphonic-choral repertoire, he has been a tenor soloist in works such as Verdi's Requiem, Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, Mascagni's Messa di Gloria, Bruckner's Te Deum, Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle, Mozart's Requiem, Mozart's Coronation Mass, Haydn's Paukenmesse, Saint-Saëns' Oratorio de Noël and Ariel Ramírez's Misa Criolla.
Since 2025, Gabriel Arce has also been the lead vocalist for the international project ERA, created and directed by Eric Lévi.
With ERA, he toured France in February 2025 and is currently recording new songs for the group's upcoming album.
In addition to his operatic career, Gabriel Arce is a guitarist and composer, creating music that fuses funk, R&B, soul, blues and other contemporary styles. His versatility allows him to move naturally between classical and popular music, bringing a deep expressiveness to both.
He has won several international competitions:
