Flip through the pages of White Ibiza Magazine Issue 11 (that's The Wedding Edition, in case you hadn't spotted it yet) and eventually (because there are a whopping 212 pages to get through!), you’ll land on an interview with the marvellously creative (and sartorially inspired) chef James Knight of island wedding catering company, La Grande Bouffe.

James sat down with our editorial director Danni Landa and took a trip down memory lane, guiding us through his personal rollercoaster of a journey, from the isolated cattle farm in North Hampshire where he grew up, and the most legendary kitchens in London where he cut his culinary teeth, to the most phenomenal weddings in Ibiza, with all manner of twists, turns, ups and downs in-between.

We don't want to give away any spoilers but yes, there is indeed a happily ever after to this tale.
