101 is a very special and exclusive private villa in one of the best parts of the island, local to the best beaches and clubs (Amnesia 10 minutes) as well as Ibiza town (15 minutes). The house has been completely refurbished in 2014 to a high standard by her British owners. It consists of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with 3 of them en suite, 2 indoor and 1 outdoor kitchen, distributed across two detach

ed levels. The 400 sqm house sits inside nearly a hectare of private walled land and has some of the best views in Ibiza. Large terraces also surround the house and there are approximately 2000 sqm of lawn area for enjoyment. The atmosphere design at 101 has been very important to its owners, so many features have been blended to hopefully enhance your stay. Automatic colored LED mood lighting illuminates the main pool at night as well as the surrounding gardens. Automatic water features have been used for visual & acoustic effect to enhance the 101 experience. Along side the main large infinity pool 101 also offers guests a second shallow pool area, which uniquely surrounds a large sail covered chill out area which includes two super king sized external beds for relaxation. This area also includes two fountains for meditation. There is also a magical second chill out area in the gardens of 101 with sea sunset views to the islands off Cala Conta.There are additional 3 large chill out beds internally in the main house. The house is fully equipped and offers a total of three kitchen areas, with two internal fully equipped kitchens and one external with a fridge, sink and BBQ. The outside table and seating accommodates 12 people easily, with another table provided if more space is needed. Internally 10 people can dine at the same table. Parking is ample with two main parking zones at 101. One zone is directly next to the main house, where there is parking for 4 cars. The second parking zone is 100m away from the house, with parking for as many as 15 cars, if needed.
