Aunque creció correteando entre estos árboles, jamás imaginó que su vida profesional terminaría ligada a ellos. Sin embargo, el amor por sus raíces, el respeto por el paisaje y la dedicación diaria terminaron por enamorarla perdidamente de este legado. Hoy, esa pasión es la que cuida y hace florecer cada cultivo que llega a nuestra mesa.

Porque cuando la tierra se trabaja desde el cariño y la calma, el resultado solo puede ser uno 🤎

In this new chapter of Salobre Origin, Elisa opens the doors of Finca Los Jorge to share how it all began: the vision of her uncle, the founder of this very special place.

Although she grew up surrounded by these trees, she never imagined her life's work would be tied to them. Yet, a deep love for her roots, respect for the landscape, and daily devotion made her fall hopelessly in love with this legacy. Today, that very passion nurtures every crop that reaches our table.
