The property is a second floor 2 bed 1 bath recently upgraded apartment on Calle Bacaladilla overlooking pool 8 on the popular La Torre Golf Resort in Torre Pacheco, Murcia on the Costa Calida
The apartment comes with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, upgraded appliances and new bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a double and twin room as well as a large sofa bed so will comfortably sleep 4 with the added extra sleeping space on the sofa bed should this be required. There is also sunbeds, sun chairs, tennis equipment, pool toys, books, puzzles and a Play Station with games in the apartment. There is a secure underground parking garage with your own allocated space as well as outdoor parking spaces. The apartment is on the second floor and overlooks one of the resorts pools and is less than a 1-minute walk to the majority of the amenities on the resort, there is also a lift for ease of access to the apartment.
La Torre Golf Resort facilities include a selection of bars (some offering nightly entertainment including Karaoke, Bingo and live acts), restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket that are open all year round.
During the summer months they have a street market with outdoor entertainment and pop-up bars.
There is also a 5* Hilton Hotel with great facilities including SPA, restaurant and bar and also swimming pool (with bar service, with additional charge) to be paid at the hotel and not forgetting the Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole golf course.

20 minutes from the best beaches on the Costa Calida, 20 minutes from the center of Cartagena and 25 minutes from the center of Murcia. Murcia Corvera airport is only 15 minutes away by car and Alicante airport 55 minutes.
