Things To Do…MUD BATHS.
click on the pictures for detailed instructions of where to go & what to do so that you’re doing it like the locals & not making mistakes like a tourist.

The Mud Bathing is at San Pedro Beach and to avoid busy crowds is best to go on a week day, but to get the optimum parking locations, you have to be there quite early, somewhere between 8-9am.

Anyone fancy going to a waterfall?

Bullas is situated in the sunny highlands of Murcia and is an age-old vinicultural region. Apart from the wealth of monuments in the town, with such obvious examples as the Church of Santa María del Rosario, the former Melgares palace or the remains of a medieval watchtower by the Segura River, the potential, hidden wealth is to be discovered in the outlying districts: numerous archaeological sites (particularly from the Argar culture) and delightful landscapes invite visitors to explore this sprawling countryside of contrasting colours.

The Bullas Wine Museum was created in response to the tradition of wine in the county.

It is conceived as a service centre and related tourist and cultural promotion of Bullas and its production area activities.

If there is anything that can be Bullas museum object, of course, it is wine, with all its historical implications, cultural and socioeconomic. The wine, that has always permeated the everyday discourse of Bullense and life is so important in the Mediterranean culture.

If you go to Bullas, you pretty much have to stop at Salto del Usero, possibly the prettiest waterfall in the Region of Murcia. The waterfall, easy to find in the outside of Bullas, flows into a pond covered by natural stone and decorated with lush vegetation. This creates an amazing environment in which you can go for a swim or simply stare at the magnificent limestone formations shaped. The Mula river source is upstream and the ponds downstream. This is an ideal place for trekking and enjoying the beautiful landscape. It's a beautiful place to be with friends and family including for all ages - and it's FREE.

There are no public facilities, and the terrain is a bit difficult. There is a mile walk from the car park, but the road is well maintained and not very steep

From July to September you have to book, so numbers are restricted at these times.
