A házhoz karbantartott közös nagy medence tartozik – reggeltől estig használható. A két központi homokos strand gyalogosan, kényelmes sétával elérhető. Parkolás a ház előtt jól megoldott (csak lakók használják az utcát),
illetve a környéken is mindig van szabad hely. Autóbérlésben is tudunk segíteni, ha szükség van rá.

The highlight of the apartment is the large panoramic rooftop terrace, functioning as an outdoor living room during the summer months – equipped with a shower and barbecue area, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the peaceful, green residential area filled with white houses. Guests have access to a well-maintained shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off from morning until late evening. Both central sandy beaches are within easy walking distance, and parking is conveniently available in front of the house (the street is only used by residents), with additional free parking nearby.
