Hello Happy Campers 😎 - IMPORTANT UPDATE!
You have all probably seen in the news that there was a terrible fire here in the area. It started in La Bisbal and then spread, due to extremely strong wind and heat, throught the forest area to Calonge, Vall Repos Santa Cristina area.
Many people were affected but thanks to our wonderful firefighters they now have the fire under control. 🙏
There were many people involved in helping, volunteers, farmers, the general public, the news teams, for keeping us all up to date with what was happeneing.
The firefughters have worked relentlessly, eisking their lives under extreme conditions and we want to thank them. 🫶
A GofundmePage has been set up and over €11k has already been raised. If you would like to make a donation, however small, we would be extremely grateful as these men and women are our heroes, fighting fire to save our land, our houses, people & animals, our beloved Costa Brava 🥰

Dear neighbourhood, while hoping the situation becomes safe again, we have just started a donation fund for our firefighters. We depend on them, and we want to show our thanks.
