Overlooking the Languedoc hills, this traditional stone house sleeps 4 to 6 guests. It's the perfect place for nature lovers and people who want to switch off.
In the midst of unspoilt nature, local shops (incl. supermarket and petrol station) are still only 2 km away. Leisure activities like rafting, riding, swimming, kajaking and trecking can all be enjoyed close by. Many cultural activities and events can be enjoyed in the region.
The light and spacious downstairs living area comes fully furnished, bathroom (towels provided) and separate toilet. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, are upstairs. All in all, approx. 75 m2 living space.
Das Ferienhaus liegt zwischen Pyrenäen und Mittelmeer in phantastischer Lage mit Blick über die Hügel und Berge des Languedoc und ist besonders geeignet für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. In Espéraza finden sich alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Ausstattung: Das Ferienhaus besitzt zwei Schlafzimmer (eines mit einem Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten), Wohnzimmer, Küche, Dusche und Toilette (75 m2) sowie eine Terrasse und einen Garten.
