We have been awarded a 4* classification - (the highest rating for the size of the property) by Adéquat Vendée the approved local organisation. Perfectly located 500m from a safe and sandy blue flag beach, ideal for families and life guarded in July and August. At low tide children will adore the rock pools. It’s also a popular beach for surfing, wind/kite surfing and stand up paddle. In July and August there is a free 'Fun bus' into the centre of La Tranche or to the various beaches. Lots of free summer entertainment in the centre. Heated pool with outside shower in the private rear garden. Gorgeous views to the pine forest 50m away with walking trails, children’s play park, volley/football courts, cycle tracks. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms plus a studio/games room in the garden which offer various configurations for your guests. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin with fitted wardrobes. Spacious bathroom and overhead shower, hand basin and WC and a separate WC with a hand basin. Upstairs: the ‘tower’ bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and views into the garden and forest.
