SNOW / PISTES UPDATE:
Here’s a handy round-up of reported snow depths across , and in case you’re heading our way this weekend. Some forecasts are showing a potential light snowfall on Sunday afternoon / evening, but as you all know, we only believe it when it starts falling from the actual sky.
Avoriaz 1800 has a snow depth of 80cm at resort level and a whopping 270cm at altitude, making it pretty much the snowiest place in the French Alps right now.
Domaine skiable et de loisirs de Morzine has a snow depth of 40cm on Pleney and 155cm at altitude (for example, on the Pointe de Nyon).
Les Gets - Page Officielle has a snow depth of 40cm on the lower slopes of the Chavannes and 110cm at altitude.
