Within the village visitors have shared access to a large recently renovated swimming pool, boules court, children's play area, volleyball court & community centre with books & games to borrow. Hameau de la Garrigue is located at the edge of the Baronnies in Northern Provence and has stunning views across to the summit of Mont Ventoux - made famous by the Tour de France. It is easily accessible by car from Marseille, Nimes Lyon & Avignon airports. (Geneva & Nice are also options - albeing journey time is longer). Local activities include cycling - including up the Ventoux, horse riding, gorge walking up the Toulenranc valley & hill-walking in the Dentelles. The area is famous for its wine - with Gigondas, Seguret & Chateaneuf du Pape all within easy reach. Most local towns have weekly markets which allows visitors to stock up on the local specialities of cheese, wine, honey & the amazing fresh fruit & vegetables.
