The Coffee House Hotel

We are an independant Hotel which aims to provide you with a warm, comfortable and convienient stay. We have seven really cosy, clean and welcoming rooms in our central boutique building. Each room is serviced daily unless you ask not to be disturbed. Upon arrival, you'll find plenty of tea, coffee (real and instant), a selection of decaffeinated beverages and a few packets of locally made biscuit

s if you fancy a snack! The hotel is almost completely automated with a keypad to enter the building and a lockbox upstairs where you can retrieve your room key. This allows us to keep room rates exceptionally low but if you need assistance with anything at all, there's always a real person at the end of the phone, day or night. The decor is a quirky mix of industrial in the stairs and lobby and conventional comfort in the rooms themselves. All the rooms are large, very clean, bright and airy. Decorated to a very high standard, you should have everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is a stone's throw from Union Street, Aberdeen's main road. Set back slightly from the hurly burly of the vibrant, local cafe scene on Gaelic Lane off Belmont Street, it really couldn't be any handier for the train and bus stations, shopping centres and town centre attractions. On the ground floor, you'll find a really lovely cafe and the first floor houses a yoga centre and retreat, so it really is a very peaceful, pleasant place to lay your head for a few nights.
