Hi everyone, my name is Sarah and I rent out my beautiful caravan at Ty Mawr Parkdean, North Wales.

We own Staffordshire Vets, so with work commitments we just don’t get the time to use it as much as we’d like. With site fees alone costing nearly £9,000 a year — plus water and electric — we decided to rent it out for other families to enjoy too.
