We are very sad to announce the news after much speculation that ✨VAULT✨will not be re-opening under the B&R Bistros group.

B&R Bistros created such an incredible venue for both Fine Food & Amazing Drinks but for reasons out of our control the dream could not prevail. We are still so proud of what we achieved but unfortunately when other parties became involved our vision sadly came to an end.

We are are now shifting our full focus to not only creating the best bar in Derbyshire (winners 2022 & 2023) but the best in the Midlands at The Bank Cocktail Bar & Bistro. We have some incredible plans taking shape over the next 12 months which we can’t wait for you all to see…

A little announcement✨🍸🖤

Unfortunately when we thought we had seen the back of it COVID has struck again limiting our kitchen capabilities.

From tomorrow we have had to close the kitchen for our evening service until further notice. However we will still be offering our breakfast & lunchtime service taking bookings online from 9.30am until 2pm. We really do apologise for this inconvenience and we are devastated that we can’t provide the exceptional VAULT offering throughout hospitalities busiest times. We are working through contacting all of the bookings which will be affected. 2022 has not be our year for luck🍀

We do have an EXCITING plan which we hope our beautiful customers and Ashbourne will get behind us and support as you always do. We are going to open our normal opening hours as a BAR offering Incredible Cocktails, fine wines, a great selection of draught beers and a huge array of spirits all set in the most Amazing City Inspired Venue. It’s the perfect place to catch up with a friend, bring the family or get merry with the girls/boys🍸

And don’t forget we have Lauren May joining us on Christmas Eve from 7.30pm and our free entry New Years Eve party with the amazing Olivia Grime performing🎵

We are devastated by this news and we have tried every Avenue to keep the kitchen open but as we all know chefs are in high demand and short supply. Please do try and support VAULT over the next few weeks and we promise it will be worth it whether that’s for drinks, breakfast or lunch🍴
