My passion has always involved food, travel and hospitality.

Taking on an incredible challenge like restoring an historic property has always been my dream and having now had the opportunity to pour all my time, love and dedication into sharing Dunure House.

Inheriting so many Apple & pear trees has been a privilege.
Next year we will be having a c***r making festival. This year has been about Rosemary & Apple Jelly and Apple, Pear & homegrown Rhubarb chutneys and improving these amazing fruit trees.

New exciting discovery in a wee corner of the property we unearthed an ancient urn, sandstone steps with a boot scraper! Then started to dig what’s possibly looks like a water well.
This will be “Soapy Sanctuary” a natural space to take time to be in nature.
Whilst also paying homage to Andy Guthrie who was the previous head gardener here I wish to recreate a Fern Gully in his memory. 🥰
