Terms and conditions for beach grove

•*Holiday deposit will not be refunded if holiday is cancelled
•Holiday balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before holiday
• Any money paid towards holiday is not refundable after the 4 weeks before holiday start date ( Unless able to get dates rebooked )
• Guests must get there own holiday insurance

• No smoking
• No young groups/teens
• No stag or hen parties
• Dogs kept on a leash at all times and not left for long of periods of time inside caravan
• No loud music after midnight respect neighbors
• Deposit will not be returned if caravan is left dirty or there is an damages
• Fair use of gas and electricity and WiFi

Introducing our first caravan for rental

A stunning three bedroom ABI Polaris caravan located in a quiet area of the park in beach grove. The caravan boasts spectacular sea views and is pet friendly with small to medium well behaved dogs welcome. There is central heating and double glazing throughout the caravan to keep you warm on those colder days. All bedding is supplied for your stay. This is strictly a no smoking caravan. WiFi is available which is included in the price of your stay.

Bedrooms:
One double bedroom with plenty of storage space and also features a tv with game station, music and films for your enjoyment.
Two bedrooms with two singles beds in each and wardrobe space.

Living room
Seating area which also includes a pull out double bed, television with Netflix/now tv available. There is a hi-if Bluetooth comparable to play music through your mobile, subwoofer and surrounded sound speakers attached to the television with memory sticks supplied. Further benefit is a gas fire for those cool nights to stay warm.

Kitchen
All kitchen utensils, crockery, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, with full size fridge freezer, Also features a breakfast bar.

Caravan has two toilets one with shower

Car parking space available straight across from the caravan and there is a seating area with table and chairs outside to enjoy those summer nights.

There is also a buggy, bed guard, travel cot and high chair if required.

£100 deposit bond to secure dates
