This is an incredible class to be involved in especially in these times of isolation as it is so good for both fitness and mindfulness and the teacher is an expert in yoga and nutrition as well as being a life coach and a personal trainer so check it out as you will be amazed the results you achieve. She can also tailor a fitness and nutrition program for you. Fantastic worth every penny.
