Speakers didn't walk on from the wings. They stepped out of the picture.

For an Annual Members Conference at Crowne Plaza Belfast, we built a 12m LED wall with a 2m x 2m opening in the centre. Behind it sat a second 3m x 3m LED wall, with content mapped across both as one continuous image. From the floor, the gap disappeared until each speaker walked through it.

Alongside the set:
• Two autocue systems with an operator on site throughout
• Six 75" screens flown over the audience on two separate feeds
• Live multi-camera coverage, livestream, photography and same-day edit
• A two-hour turnaround from conference to banquet

We're growing our freelance network! 📸🎥

We're seeing more and more demand for photography and videography alongside our event production work.

As a result, we're looking to connect with talented freelance photographers and videographers across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Most of our work is corporate events, conferences, awards ceremonies and other live events.

If this sounds like your kind of work, we'd love to hear from you.

Drop us a message with a little about yourself, your location and a link to your portfolio.

Festival of Business 2026 ✅

Team AXL were proud to return as official AV partner for Festival of Business at St George's Market, Belfast.

We turned an empty market hall into two fully produced stages for 1,200+ delegates and 100+ exhibitors, with the main stage framed by a 9.5m LED video wall arch, drapes all round and a second LED wall behind the speakers.

Thanks to the NI Chamber team, the speakers, the sponsors, and everyone who came along. See you next year!

June was one of those months that reminded us why we love this industry.

Busy rooms, early starts, late finishes, brilliant clients and a team that kept delivering.

Grateful for every event we were trusted with.

Here’s a quick look back.
