The village of Berriew was looking stunning this morning. So many of our guests make the 5-10 minute walk up the canal path to the local shop, tearoom and 2 village pubs. The river Rhiew in particular was breathtaking.

Well doesn’t time fly by when you’re having fun. Who can believe the Lock House has been up and running for 3 years now! And wow, what an amazing 3 years they have been.

We’ve just been awarded superhost status from Airbnb again and thought we’d share some of our September guests reviews to celebrate 🍾

There’s a nice circular walk up over the top and you can look down at the Lock House. I am sure the guests are enjoying the log fires this weekend!

We do not tire of reading our reviews from our lovely guests. We have just received this glowing review from Kevin who stayed last weekend.

Kevin booked the Lock House for a surprise birthday weekend for his wife 🎉
