Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable individual to join our team as a Night Guest Services Assistant 🌙️

In this important role, you’ll be responsible for creating excellent first and last impressions for our guests during the night shift - from check-in and check-out to supporting our Food & Beverage team and ensuring the hotel remains welcoming, safe, and well-presented throughout the night.

💰 Salary: £28,928 p.a (42 hours/week, rostered night shifts including weekends & bank holidays)
📍 One full-time or two part-time applicants will be considered

Today, we’re celebrating 3 years of The Landing Hotel at London Biggin Hill Airport 🎉

Since opening its doors, The Landing has become a welcoming hub for international flight crews passing through the airport, local residents, and the wider community - offering a place to stay, dine and unwind just moments from the runway ✈️

To mark the occasion, we’ve been adding a little birthday cheer for our customers and colleagues, both at the hotel and the airport’s FBO – Biggin Hill Exec Handling.
