On International Chefs Day, we would like to celebrate the talented culinary team at Air Culinaire Worldwide who create the delicious dishes on our menus 🍴

Meet 𝗔𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳. Aaron is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences, supported by his background in high-end hospitality. With a passion for local flavours and culinary innovation, Aaron and the team work incredibly hard to ensure that every dining experience at The Landing is a special occasion, enhanced by our unique runway views.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳, whose career has taken him from The Navy to gastropubs and premium aviation catering, highlighted the challenge of operating a dual-purpose kitchen delivering delicious dishes for both guests and in-flight catering.
