The other day Dave challenged the rest of the Big Sky crew to each create a glamping experience with a maximum budget of £150. Game on!
A couple of days later everyone pitched their ideas, and they were all so fun we’re making it happen! For a chance to stay you can bid a fee for the date of your choice and 100% will be donated to Parkinson’s UK’s work towards support people living with Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease (like both our Emma’s!).
As these are pop-up experiences there will be an element of adventure and surprise to each one! We can’t guarantee that they’ll look exactly like the visions here (although they have been created using the actual products!). In true Big Sky style we’ll naturally do everything we can to make your stay wonderfully memorable!
They’ll be available for stays from Monday 24th August to Thursday September 10th and the booking process will require you visiting the link and sending us a message with your suggested price! We’ll get back to you within 24 hours of your bid with a yes or no, and then with more details about how to prepare for your stay.
So without further ado, here are the team’s offerings!
The Castaway experience! (by Cedar)
Arrive shipwrecked to your isolated "desert island" pitch. The basics to build your own camp will all be provided but you will have to forage for it in the undergrowth and discarded packages in true castaway style. You will have to actively build your shelter if you want to survive! The mystery box will be hidden from view. If you find it will you open it? Well, that's up to you. But if you want a bit of fun and luxury, we highly recommend you do!
Castaway fans line up! This is a fun experience not to be taken too seriously!
Dream Bigger (by PinkEms!)
Ems' tent brings the outside inside with a 'Honey I Shrunk The Kids' vibe. Everything is suddenly huge as you step through the door. Stargaze at night with a view right up to the sky and fall asleep in a giant bed surrounded by flower petals.
