Hi Everyone,
Just been informed that the power will not be restored until tomorrow at 8PM😞Please feel free to call me for an update if you are planning to stay this weekend or you can log into Electricity Northwest for info on live power cuts.Follow the links for the Kendal area or just do a post code search.

Once again we have had no power since yesterday morning!! The whole area is down so please if you are intending to visit Lambhowe call me on 01539 723339 to check the situation.

Please call the Park on 01539 723339 before planning a visit as our electricity supply has still not been restored and electricity North West are still unable to confirm when the power will be back on.

Just to let you know that the road through to Bowness and Windermere (A5074) isn’t shut until after long tail hill and the crook road turn off. No idea why diversion signs have been put into place as far back as Crosthwaite? Simply go down long tail hill to access Bowness and Windermere 👌

With a heavy heart and in line with the latest government’s announcement, The Park will be closed from midnight tonight until further notice. If you are already at Lambhowe, please could you make your way home as soon as you possibly can. Hopefully, we will be able to re-open again on the 1st March for the start of the new season.

Completely unrelated to The Park, but I have 3 bags of dry dog food if anyone could use them? 2 are specifically for puppies and the other is for medium breeds 🐶

Hi - just to let you know that on the 10th September the electricity supply on the park will be turned off between 9am and 3.30pm. Electricity north west are servicing their equipment 👍

Absolutely fantastic news!!! Finally, we have the official go ahead to open The Park back up on the 4th July!!😍 We cannot wait to welcome you all back to Lambhowe - it’s been a long time!!! If you just have an hour to spare, this is a great mountain bike loop, guaranteed to get your heart rate up!! 😅Alternatively, you could also walk this in a few hours. Consisting mainly of back roads and footpaths 👌 Plus point; nearing the end you can take a refreshment stop at The Brown Horse!! (post lockdown)🍺🍷😛
