The Grand Mill is looking to employ the services of a freelance workman, to assist with the maintenance of four residential accommodation buildings in Bradford City Centre.
The candidate will need to:
Build professional and positive relationships with contractors and residents.
Ensure that areas are left clean and tidy, once work has been completed.
Keep noise to a minimum whilst working in the vicinity of residents.
The candidate will also need to be skilled at some of the following tasks:
Installing shower cubicles, showers, bathroom sinks and toilets
Fitting and adjusting fire doors and relevant door furniture
Tiling, grouting and using sealant
Plastering
Fitting carpets and laminate flooring
Installing and repairing windows
