With autumn colours beginning to appear across the Cairngorms, late September is a lovely time to visit—perfect for peaceful forest walks, exploring Speyside’s wh**ky distilleries or simply relaxing in the fresh Highland air. 🍂

We have 12 hardstanding pitches, all with water, electric hook-up and Wi-Fi. Dogs are welcome, parking is beside your pitch, and you may even be able to pick up some freshly laid eggs from Ailsa! 🥚

These lovely people were our very first guests at Garlyne Brae, just over a year ago! 🚐

That year has certainly flown by, and we’ve been so fortunate to meet many wonderful people from near and far along the way.

Come and stay with us at Garlyne Brae 🚐🌿

For more than 300 years, our family has worked this land in the heart of the Highlands. Farming remains our way of life, and opening our small motorhome and campervan site has allowed us to share this special place with visitors.

We have 12 hardstanding pitches, each with water and electric hook-up. We’re open throughout the year, dogs are welcome, and guests have access to Wi-Fi and chemical disposal facilities, with parking beside each pitch.

As Garlyne Brae is still a working farm, you may see us tending our crops or our hens roaming nearby—and Ailsa often has freshly laid eggs available for guests! 🥚

We’re just 1.5 miles from the friendly village of Nethy Bridge, making us a peaceful base for exploring the Cairngorms, Speyside’s wh**ky distilleries, Highland events, forest walks and the Moray Coast.

Planning the NC500? As the route starts and finishes in Inverness, Garlyne Brae is also a relaxing place to stay before your adventure begins or to rest after completing your journey.
