This is so sad that I am having to write this,

A few weeks ago I had a visit from a guest, who decided that it would be good to refuse to allow me to see his passport, The 1972 Hotel and Immigration act, makes it the Law that I have to record details of any foreign national visiting my home, or Bed & Breakfast

Initially he refused, then I pointed out to him what the law was, he passed over his passport, he then when returning to his room uttered some absolute crap, about how his tour operator had told him that they could arrive here at any time, and that I was wrong for making him wait till 4pm, he was quite rude and pushed a door in my face

I asked him to leave, closely followed by his friends, and retreated

After 10 minutes I went over to speak to them and said to him, If you apologise sincerely, we can just move on, I accept people are tired etc, his exacts words were, " Why would I want to speak to a person like you"

I walked away, after I reviewed the CCTV footage I knew exactly what had been said

I do not understand how professional people can behave in this way,

What I do know is that he has now decided to go onto the internet and voice his opinion on gender etc etc

This is my home and anyone is welcome into my home, but please treat it and me with respect .
