The Great House Hotel is home to restaurant Tommy Heaney which holds the title of the Restaurant of The Year for Wales for 2017 and 2016. The restaurant and bar are open to both residents and non-residents. Restaurant Tommy Heaney serves seasonal dishes using the best local produce. Head Chef Tommy describes his food as honest, delicate and pure with flavour where each element on the plate has an

important role to play rather than fine dining. The restaurant has a welcoming and relaxed feel to reflect his style of cooking. So many of the original features dating back from the early 15th century remain in the house and the Coach House which houses accommodation overlooking the beautiful landscaped garden.
