Did you spot our Duty Managers, Becs and Aliyah, in the Sedgemoor Campus Restaurant last week?

Becs and Aliyah organised the 'Guest Engagement Evening' event as they believed it was a fantastic opportunity to meet guests, share helpful information about room standards, prohibited items, the Mobile Key, and the Guest Portal, while answering questions in a relaxed environment away from the busy front desk.

Their aim was simple: build stronger connections, provide support, and help make life easier for those staying away from home. Becs and Aliyah absolutely smashed it by receiving over 70 pieces of feedback, giving us valuable insight into what we're doing well and where we can improve.

The positive response has inspired the pair to make these engagement events a regular feature, with monthly sessions planned across our campuses and collaboration with different departments to explore a range of topics.

Last night, we gathered twenty suppliers for an event at Hinkley Campus to celebrate those who keep our Project moving!
From delicious doughnuts to refreshing mocktails - colleagues who attended were able to enjoy the very best from our suppliers, in ther most stylish Hard Rock bucket hats.

Wear It Green - Mental Health Awareness Week!💚

Yesterday, our team took part in National Wear It Green Day 2026, marking Mental Health Awareness Week and helping to raise awareness, show support, and challenge the stigma around mental health.

Thank you to everyone who took part and supported the day – you all looked fabulous! It sparked lots of positive conversations and plenty of laughs across the Trust.
