PRE CAST MANAGER
Marshall Quarry products Ltd T/A WattsMix concrete operate 6 ready mixed concrete plants a Dry silo and ready to use Mortar plant and a pre-stressed concrete product production facility.

We are actively looking to recruit a hands on pre-cast production manager. The successful applicant will be based at our production facility at Whitewall Quarry, Norton, Malton. You will be required to organise the day-to-day production of pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete products.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Effective man management skills - working with and motivating a team of up to 8 people producing a variety of concrete products.

Responsibility for maintaining daily compliance and quality control procedures.

Ensuring that the company's Operational and Health & Safety policies are consistently adhered to.

Excellent organisational skills

The ability to plan production and logistic operations.

A reasonable level of computer literacy predominantly using MS Excel.

Reporting to the Director on a monthly basis.

It would be beneficial if the candidate was experienced in a manufacturing environment.

Supervisory experience is essential with the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Previous experience working in the concrete industry is not essential however would be an advantage.

In addition you will be required to be on site throughout the working day which starts at 7.00am.

Full product training will be provided.

The successful candidate has the possibility for a vehicle to be provided as part of the role
