Guest & Property Operations Specialist – Bristol (BS36)

STAE-HOMES is looking for a friendly, organised and digitally confident person to join our growing short-stay property business.

📍 Hybrid role – home-based with attendance at our Frampton Cotterell office around 1–2 days per week
💷 £26,000–£32,000 per year, depending on experience
⏰ Full-time (around 37.5 hours) or part-time/contract work from 20+ hours
🚗 Full UK driving licence and own transport required

What you’ll be doing:

* Managing Airbnb, Booking.com and other online listings
* Communicating with guests and property owners
* Managing bookings, prices and availability
* Using Excel, Word, Outlook and online systems
* Coordinating cleaners, contractors and suppliers
* Helping with property supplies and occasional property visits
* Supporting social media and direct bookings
* General admin and keeping things organised

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Organised and reliable
✔️ Good with numbers and attention to detail
✔️ Confident with computers and online platforms
✔️ A strong communicator
✔️ Friendly and professional
✔️ Practical, proactive and able to work independently
✔️ Comfortable with occasional travel and practical property tasks

Previous experience in hospitality, Airbnb, Booking.com, holiday lets or property management is helpful but not essential.
