😱🛳️ THE CRUISE THAT ALMOST DIDN’T HAPPEN…

My clients arrived at Southampton today full of excitement, ready to board their Norwegian Fjords Cruise with P&O Cruises 🇳🇴🛳️💙

But instead of starting their holiday, they were faced with a HUGE shock…

😱 They were told they were on a WAITLIST CABIN
😱 The Cruise Ship was FULL
😱 And their Cabin was not Confirmed!

As you can imagine, my client was extremely upset and stressed — and honestly, so was I! 😩

I simply couldn't understand how this situation had happened when they had paid a full balance.

But this is exactly why having a Travel Advisor in your corner matters. 💜

I immediately started making multiple phone calls to P&O Partnership, working alongside the teams involved to get answers and find a solution.

📞 After a LOT of calls, converlsations and persistence, the fantastic Ground & Cruise Staff at Southampton managed to secure my clients a BALCONY CABIN! 🎉🥳🛳️

And the best news…

What started as an absolute nightmare at the port has thankfully ended with a HAPPY CLIENT ONBOARD! 🙏🏼💜🎉

🇯🇲🌴 CLIFF JUMPING AT RICK’S CAFE! 🌊🤿

One of those Jamaica moments We will NEVER forget! 😍🇯🇲

A trip to Rick's Cafe was definitely on the list — and of course, we couldn’t visit without experiencing those famous Negril cliffs! 😱🌊

Taking the plunge and jumping from the cliffs was such an adrenaline rush! 🙌🏾🔥 Definitely a “what am I doing?!” moment just before jumping… followed by the biggest smile when I came back up! 😂❤️

The views, the atmosphere, the music, the sunshine and that beautiful Jamaican sea made it even more unforgettable. ☀️🌴🌊🇯🇲

Jamaica really does give you memories for life! ❤️🇯🇲
