The cottage has an open plan Living/ Kitchen area with a modern bathroom. Upstairs the bedroom is large but cosy with a double bed and wardrobe. There is a small garden with patio furniture to enjoy the views over the adjoining countryside and alfresco dining. The cottage Kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker and the living room has a flat screen television, DVD and CD player and comfortable seating. There is free wifi access and high quality linen, towels and toiletries are provided, along with tea, coffee milk and biscuits, and a breakfast basket is available at an extra cost, enquire further for more details.

Located on the property is a communal Summerhouse & Decking, which also has an outside kitchen area with a gas BBQ that can either be used by all guest for dining either lunch & diner or just a place to relax with a glass of wine

The Cottage is also Dog Friendly, there is also ample free parking

Welcome to our new page

Bosvean House Bed & Breakfast can accommodate 6 people with 3 double rooms all with en suite’s, Free onsite parking and Wifi. We have furnished the property with French and English vintage furniture personally designed to make guest feel comfortable. The rooms all have tea/coffee making facilities, welcome treats and toiletries.

Each morning enjoy your free Cornish breakfast in the communal dinning room, we welcome guest to relax either in their rooms or take advantage of the communal lounge which has a stereo, TV & DVD Player. Guests can also enjoy the Bush Valley views from the large decking area or the cosy summer house.

Bosvean House also has an outside kitchen area with a gas BBQ that can either be used by guest for dining either lunch & diner or just a place to relax with a glass of wine.

In the grounds of Bosvean house sits Bosvean Cottage a detached self contained cottage which is available all year round, it has a comfortable open plan kitchen, lounge with a bathroom just off of it. Upstairs is a large double bedroom. It has a small garden with views over the adjoining countryside and surrounded by an abundance of wildlife.

And Lilly's Pad a self catering Shepherds Hut, it has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, lounge with a bathroom just off of it. and a large double bed. just out side the door you can relax on the private decking with views over the adjoining countryside and surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and our on site Chickens & Ducks.

In the morning your wake-up call will be the sounds of the local birds and lambs calling. The views are stunning with the bedrooms looking out over open countryside. Its a walkers paradise with no better way to explore the area right on your doorstep.

A short walk along the surrounding bridleway where the bed & Breakfast and cottage sit are views of the Ocean. further along the bridle path takes you into the quaint town of Stratton where you will find The Tree Inn restaurant and bar, and The Kings Arms pub for local dining and traditional Cornish and Devon ales. There is also an eclectic mix of restaurants and wine bars in Bude Town centre, along with fantastic beaches which can be reached within a 5 minutes drive.
