Claro Cottage is our little hidden gem for anyone wanting a proper base while exploring Masham and North Yorkshire.

It's got everything you'd need for a comfortable stay — plenty of space, a real home-from-home feel and it's just a short walk from the park entrance. Perfect if you're planning to spend your days out and about but still want somewhere cosy to come back to in the evenings.

As summer turns into autumn, it's a fantastic time to get out and explore the countryside around Masham.

Cooler days, quieter footpaths and the first autumn colours make September and October perfect for pulling on your boots and seeing where the path takes you.

And after a day exploring the Dales, you can head back to Old Station, put your feet up and start planning tomorrow's adventure.

Masham Sheep Fair takes place on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September, bringing the town to life for a celebration of sheep, farming and our wonderful Yorkshire countryside.

A day out in Masham without having to go far!

One of the best things about staying at Old Station Holiday Park is having the lovely market town of Masham right on your doorstep.

Spend the day exploring the town, visit the local shops, stop for something to eat and, of course, there's always the option of discovering what makes Masham rather famous... its breweries! 🍺

Then it's back to the park to put your feet up after a day exploring.
