Affittasi villa unifamiliare a Rosamarina di Ostuni - a 2 passi dal mare. La villa è circondata da un ampio giardino di 1100 mq ed è composta da:
• 3 camere da letto: 2 matrimoniali e 1 con 3 posti letto;
• 2 bagni con doccia
• cucina attrezzata con lavatrice e lavastoviglie
• ampio soggiorno con due TV
• patio grande coperto
• doccia esterna
• BBQ esterno in muratura
• 2 posti auto interni.
Gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto. La villa si trova in zona “F”, a soli 400 metri dal mare, raggiungibile a piedi in soli 5 minuti.
Disponibilità per la stagione estiva 2025: da Aprile a Luglio e Settembre.
