*NOTICE TO GUESTS TRAVELLING TO NETHERSCAR BETWEEN 5TH MAY - 8TH JUNE*

🚨 ⚠️ ‼️ ROAD CLOSURE UPDATES B6255 HAWES TO INGLETON - DRAINAGE WORKS, ROAD AND BOUNDARY WALLS REINSTATEMENT 🚨 ⚠️ ‼️

🚨 ⚠️ ‼️ Please be advised that each of these phases will be carried out under a full road closure, 24 hours a day until completed 🚨 ⚠️ ‼️

Construction Marine Ltd, on behalf of North Yorkshire Council, will be undertaking works to repair the highway drainage and boundary walls at the below location. These works will be carried out in three separate phases to minimise disruption ⬇️

Phase 1- East of Appersett Gill (Traffic Light 🚦location)

This site is located on the B6255 approximately 1.5 miles to the southwest of Hawes, North Yorkshire. This phase will take place between 5th to 18' May

Phase 2 - East of Long Gill Bridge
This site is located on the B6255 approximately 4.5 miles to the southwest of Hawes.
This phase will take place between 19th May to 1s June.

Phase 3 - Widdale Head Bridge (High Bridge)
This site is located on the B6255 approximately 6.2 miles to the southwest of Hawes.
This phase will take place between 2nd to 8' June.

Advance warning signage advising of the works will be installed on site shortly. Whilst the works are in progress, a fully signed diversion will be in place. On-site personnel will assist in managing access to properties and businesses within the closure.

Please be advised there may be extended periods when access will not be possible due to the nature of the works and physical constraints of the site. Pedestrian access will not be maintained.
