What are the top 5 things we love about our Stanford le Hope villa?

💚 Our games room with Foosball, arcade games and Xbox

💚 Gorgeous large kitchen for home cooking and we even have an Airfyer

💚 Nice large lounge to socialise and chill out

💚 4 seperate bedrooms plus a bed in games room so plenty of space

💚 Huge amounts of parking look at the size of that driveway 👀

Why do contractors prefer staying in our ESSEX properties rather than local hotels

Here is some info gathered from our past guests about why contractors who have stayed with us love our houses rather than local hotels:

💵 Cost - for 2 or more contractors we work out more competitive than local hotels.
We have 3 - 5 bedroom properties available usually at £170 a night plus vat.
Entertainment - We have smart TVs in the lounges & all bedrooms at our houses, which means that contractors can log into their Netflix, Prime etc & sometimes contractor's bring their own devices and plug them in the back of the TV to be able to watch their own programs.

😌 Chilling out - all contractors can chill out together either in the lounge or in our gardens, enjoying the nice weather.
They can enjoy a meal together without necessarily having to dress to the standard expected in a hotel dining area and we find after a long day the contractors prefer that.

🥘 Self-catering - we find that most contractors favour self-catering over staying in a hotel and having to eat hotel food every night. Self - catering they can choose exactly what they want to eat and all our houses are in great areas for takeaway deliveries & supermarkets.

🚨 Security - unfortunately vehicle thieves have now worked out that contractors stay in low budget or medium budget hotels from Monday to Thursday so those thieves target the hotel car parks.
We have normal houses, in normal roads so we don't get targeted plus we have the security cameras pointed at the driveway in every house as an added deterrent

💳 Payments - we can take credit card debit cards or pay by bacs whatever suits you best.
Discounts are offered for long stays and you can reserve the dates required but pay weekly.
