If you're new to Reformer Pilates, the equipment can look "a bit interesting".

So, we thought we'd get our teacher, .graces.pilates, to talk through all the different parts that make up the Reformer.

The nights are drawing in earlier and the summer holidays are almost over.

It also means that Tuesday Pizza & Ponies nights with Cluck and Crusts & Lara | Magic Ponies🐴💫 are coming to an end.

If you're unable to join us tonight, stroll or cycle across the Common to join us for the final dough-lightful evening of 2027 next week on Tuesday 1st September.

(Fear not though, Lara | Magic Ponies🐴💫 will still be running pre-booked slots on Fridays and you'll be able to catch Cluck and Crusts on the odd Sunday too!)
