A lovely response to Canute Cottages this summer — thank you. 🤍

We’ve loved welcoming so many of you through our doors, and it’s been brilliant seeing the cottages full of families, friends, muddy shoes, sandy feet and very happy dogs.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us, for all the lovely feedback, and for helping make our first summer back after the renovations such a good one.

While the cottages have been welcoming summer guests, the marjoram has been doing a pretty good job of welcoming some visitors of its own.

It's one of the most popular plants on the estate at this time of year, attracting butterflies, bees and other pollinators from dawn until dusk.

Sometimes the smallest corners of Cobnor are the busiest.

We’ve had a late cancellation for Old Dairy Cottage, so we now have the week of 19th to 26th June available.

It’s a lovely time of year to be here on the Chidham Peninsula, in Chichester Harbour, with long evenings, walks by the water and plenty to explore nearby.

Old Dairy sleeps up to 4 and is a bright, comfortable cottage with views across the fields towards Bosham and the harbour. It’s a peaceful spot for a proper week away, whether you’re planning a coastal break, visiting family nearby or just fancy some time out.
