Important Beach Safety Update – New Marker Buoys Installed!⚠️⚠️⚠️

Cleethorpes Beach has now been fitted with all new safety marker buoys to improve public safety and assist with water user guidance. Please be aware of the following important information:

RED buoyed channels are designated for vessel and craft access to open water. Craft must proceed directly out to sea and must not exceed 8 knots. Take extra care to avoid swimmers and beach users 🔴🔴🔴

A Public Safe Swimming Zone extends 200 metres seaward from the tide edge, marked clearly by YELLOW coloured marker buoys. No vessels or crafts are permitted to enter this zone 🟡🟡🟡

These zones are in place to protect swimmers, paddlers, craft users and all other beach goers. All water users are reminded to observe these guidelines and operate with caution and responsibility. These measures are designed to keep everyone safe and ensure our beach remains a safe and enjoyable environment for all! 🤗
