Ballavere is a faithfully and traditionally restored Manx Cottage ... We have one delightful double bedroom and separate private bathroom available as a Bed & Breakfast retreat. Set amidst the Island's countryside, we enjoy distant views and a calm relaxing environment. Luxurious white cotton bedding, towels and robes await our valued guests. Our cast iron bath includes a hand held spray head, as

we do not have a shower. Visitors have use of the upstairs lounge and dining area, and all of the usual facilities are at your disposal. A barbeque is provided for guest use and smoking is only permitted in the conservatory. Two pubs are within walking distance and offer good food. The seasonal steam train passes through Colby, and may be seen and heard from the rear garden. We have an excellent bus service and the busses stop within 20 yards of Ballavere Cottage.
