From tears of dispair too tears of joy ❤️ Sometimes its not about the money.

G&R Scaffolding were recently contacted about a residential property in Exhall, Coventry, where significant structural movement had caused substantial cracking to the external brickwork.

The customer initially called us in tears, understandably distressed by the situation.

We attended and erected temporary scaffolding to help support and stabilise the affected areas while a permanent solution could be found.

Afterwards, we learned that their insurance company would not cover the works required or be able to provide any assistance.

Having heard their situation, we decided it simply wouldn’t feel right to charge.

G&R Scaffolding will therefore be providing the scaffold, labour and installation completely FREE of charge.

We’re proud to support someone in our local community when they need it most.

Sometimes, you just have to do what’s right. ❤️
