We deeply regret to inform you that the owners of Birch (Cheshunt) and Birch (Selsdon) have placed the businesses into administration and the administrators have closed both hotels. We are very sad to share this disappointing news and apologise for the obvious distress and disruption to our members, guests, suppliers and the great employees.

October marks the return of beanies, big knits, and adding pumpkin spice to anything that moves.

We’ve got two very exclusive Super Seasonal Supper Clubs in .zebra.riding.club at to get your teeth stuck into. Hosted by .gill.food, these one-off dinners are all about celebrating the right produce at the right time of year.

First up, on 5th October, our Seafood Feast. Cold waters create great seafood during this time of year so expect platters of flavourful fish.

Then on 2nd November, it’s Game Night. A raucous evening that celebrates wild British game that comes to its peak during the early winter.
