This from Becca who has just stayed at Studio 4....

Hands down the best equipped Airbnb I have had the privilege of staying in! Had everything you could need- we had no issues to cook a few meals at 'home' to save money and take it easy without having to scramble to make things with missing or defective equipment.
Extra detail has been paid to craftsmanship and decor so it doesn't feel like a cheaply cobbled together set up, but more like being at home.
It was wonderful to have a separate room to put our small son to bed so that my husband and I could enjoy a movie and a glass of wine after dinner. The beds and linens were good quality and provided us excellent rest.
Well connected by the 197 bus to East Croydon station in only 3 stops so we could quickly and easily navigate around Greater London.
We felt very safe and the area was quiet. Everything we needed for a perfect family holiday, allowing us to be comfortable and feel at home.

Studio 4- Released April 2020- Our fabulous and chic designer Cecile took her inspiration from a trip out to Shoreditch in East London... she loved the industrialised look and has carried the styling cues through to her design of studio 4. It is a great space that sleeps 4 and is better described by the pictures......

I can't believe so much time has past since my last posting.... in that time we've all had to live through a pandemic that has caused pain and suffering to many people, I sincerely hope you were fortunate enough to escape the worst of that.
Nonetheless we've all had to endure restrictions and some form of curtailment of our normal daily lives and I sincerely hope that it's behind us now, or at the very least, manageable for the future.
We've not been resting during this period, in fact we've been busier than ever, refurbishing and rebuilding........

Studio 16- 'Soho Loft Style' was finished ahead of schedule and was available 1st of August 2019 and immediately fully booked for months in advance. A truly remarkable studio combining rich vibrant colours and luxurious textures influenced by London's decadent and trendy Soho area. It's a triumph of design and attention to detail bought together by our talented designer and our brilliant construction crew. Well done to you all!

Studio 9 was recently totally renovated and has been fully booked since being released in May. A beautiful contemporary look based on the fabulouse converted buildings in the camden lock area. Many thanks to Ceceile for her creative designs and of course full marks to the Perfect apartment team for the excellent constructions skills and Irina's diligent house management. An Apartment with a difference with cool lighting effects and modern vibrant colours.

'London Bo***ir' A delightfully decadent studio apartment.

“Literally, 30 minutes from gatwick airport and an 11 minute walk from the east croyden train station this is an amazing apt to call 'home' for a few days or longer. EVERYTHING is there that you would need - comfortable furnishings, a great TV, a stocked kitchen (fridge, stove top, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker) with lovely plates, utensils, glasses and cookware and a bowl of treats - coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, sugar! There is also an in-room safe, an iron and a vacuum. The apt has super high ceilings, two fans, great heat and huge windows that let in lovely air. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe! I would stay here any time!”

“Lovely clean space, good for three people. Bus stop is literally right outside. There are grocery shops down the road or outside the nearest train station. It was such a nice place to go back to after walking around the main city all day. Well heated, cosy, good wifi. Honestly, we all wanted to move in by the end of the trip. It's such a nice place!”
