Love this. Today we went back to an old favourite and it reminded me.

You don't pay us simply to clean. You pay for the details you don't have to think about, the problems you don't have to solve, the guests you don't have to worry about, and the trust that comes from knowing it's all taken care of.

A huge welcome to **Storm Bennett**! 💙

We're so excited to have Storm joining our businesses as she leaves her role as Active Schools Coordinator to start this new chapter with us.

When Storm describes her role, she summed it up perfectly:

And honestly... I couldn't have said it better myself!

From day one, we've shared the same belief that businesses should always put people first. Treat people well, do the right thing, pay fairly, show compassion, but still have the structure that helps everyone thrive. I already know Storm is going to bring so much to our team (and yes... she'll definitely keep me in line!).

Sometimes the best chapters begin with a door quietly closing behind you. 🚪✨

What I’ve learned is this: kindness carries. It travels further than we realise, and often comes back around in the form of people who believe in you before you even expect it yourself.

Thanks to Fraser, Willie, Donald and Kerry for welcoming us into the fold and allowing us to support The Drumnadrochit Hotel in times of need. The trust means everything.

What makes this journey special is that our team shares a passion that runs deeper than business. It shows in the way we work, the way we care, and the way we show up for people. If anyone can speak to our authenticity and roots, it’s Fraser — and now his wonderful team too.

Today I feel genuinely overjoyed. To work alongside a company like Cobbs, and the family behind it, whose generosity reaches so deeply into the community, is an honour.

For me, the foundations will always be the same:
