Kingsmills thatched farm cottage has been the residence of the McReynolds family since 1743. The cottage is situated in the heart of rural Mid-Ulster. In 1798 members of the United Irishmen held meetings in the roofspace of the thatched cottage, in a room called the darkroom, and Eliza McReynolds married Henry Joy McCracken's bro

Our cottages are unique in style and are in close proximity to the Sperrin Mountains and Lough Neagh, making Kingsmills Cottages the perfect location for either a quiet relaxed holiday. The more adventurous can enjoy hillwalking, fishing, golf or a trip to The Jungle in nearby Moneymore. Choose from five of Kingsmills Self Catering cottages:

Rosie’s house, will not be ready until late January. A New kitchen is being installed. Sorry to people looking to book Rosies house this Christmas!! But summer will only be around the corner and it has a good size garden. 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 8-10 max. Only 15minutes from the M1 motorway. We wish everyone a great Christmas!

We have made some changes to Lottie’s loft at Kingsmillscottages.com that we are very pleased with! We have changed the 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms into a comfortable double bedroom! And we liked it so much we think we will keep it!
So Lotties loft now offers one double bedroom and 2 twin beds in another room. These changes will be made on booking sites swiftly.
