It's time to say goodbye to the Corner House name as we move towards opening our 7 bedroom serviced accommodation. We're really excited to be able to bring more accomodation to the borders which will hopefully keep encouraging more and more people to come visit, eat, drink and spend in this beautiful part of our amazing country.

Well the first few weeks of operating the Corner House have been ‘interesting’ 😆. Think we could write a book about the experiences we’ve encountered since mid-July.

Business has been steady with the UCI event and the Tour of Borders providing sold out rooms.

We know the place needs a refurb and we’re busy planning that for the winter.

This brought a smile to my face today though. We are all about giving guests a great experience and understand that’s a bit of a challenge right now pre-refurb. So when we get a 5 star review in that situation it always makes us delighted that we’re doing something right.
