Hi everyone!!

Firstly let me apologise that this page was not updated as regularly as we promised. As part of our learning processes as a company we mistook how important interactions with you lot are, and we should have paid much more attention to using social outlets to achieve this.

As part of our continuing development throughout Northumberland and beyond, we have decided to re-brand as Tidal Holidays. We have brand new Facebook and Twitter pages which we WILL keep fully updated to ensure your holiday with us is as easy as it can be for you, updating you as first with holiday offers and last minute discounts, as well as giving you detailed guides with what's on in your holiday area, and well as tips such as weather etc.

Waters Edge is a gorgeous holiday cottage, nestled on the banks of the River Coquet in the picturesque hamlet of Warkworth. A traditional stone built cottage dating from around 1800, it was recently refurbished to an exceptional standard to provide superb self-catering holiday accommodation with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Privacy and tranquility are in abundance here from dawn till dusk. Open views stretching across the river and fields are interupted by the occasional flapping of wings from the river's resident swans.

The renowned Alnwick Food Festival returns this weekend, this year featuring Michelin-starred chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. Great entertainment, cookery demonstrations and a bustling market square offering a wide range of produce for sale are on offer. Add to this the Alnwick Beer Festival and it's set for a great weekend!
